Welcome! My ideal client is someone who wants to gradually peel the layers that lead to the root of underlying issues that cause anxiety, PTSD and depression. I offer therapy from an attachment and trauma informed lens and integrate a variety of approaches including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Attachment Focused/Inner Child Healing using Ego State therapy (Parts' work). My style is Eclectic in that I often use CBT, DBT, Acceptance and Commitment, Psychodynamic (exploring past painful experiences often found in childhood and connecting them to present day distress) to heal emotional wounds.
I can help you to find better ways of coping, stress management and grounding skills to help you stay in your window of tolerance and to find a healthy balance.
I have a great deal of experience in working professionally with those who are suffering with PTSD, depression and anxiety. I am passionate and committed to helping every client to elevate and heal what ails them. With me, you should find that I am non-judgmental, empathic and compassion focused.
