I work collaboratively with individuals and couples who struggle with low self esteem, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma to find answers in a safe and supportive environment.
Because I believe the most influential factor in affecting change is the relationship between client and therapist, my approach is empathic and is informed by psychodynamic and relational frameworks. I also use DBT, EMDR, and Gottman techniques when appropriate.
