I integrate a diverse range of therapeutic range of evidence-based modalities including: Play therapy, sand tray therapy, art therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), narrative therapy, the Nurtured Heart Approach, and Motivational Interviewing.
