I specialize in young adult and teen mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and navigating stressful life changes (breakups, moving to college, changing career paths, etc.) To me, therapy should be a place where you’re fully accepted as you are now, while also empowering you to become the best version of yourself. I’m here to validate your experiences, sit with you in hurt, celebrate your success, point out blind spots (gently), offer alternative views, and help you grow.
I have specialized training in CBT and DBT to assist clients in restructuring thoughts and regulating emotions, as well as Brainspotting for healing of past experiences that have developed into unhealthy beliefs or thinking patterns. I incorporate Person-Centered theory into all of my sessions and truly believe in the power of feeling heard.
