Hello, my name is Tracy Bijeaux. My desire is to see individuals, couples, and families reach their full potential. I am so grateful you have chosen me to walk along beside you in this journey. I will provide a safe non-judgemental place of rest as you explore and grow. We will work together as a team, working toward the goals you set. My areas of focus are: marriage, premarital, families and individuals dealing with grief, trauma, depression, chronic pain/ illness, and anxiety.
I have specialized training in EMDR, Gottman Method, Prepare and Enrich and Family Systems. As a cancer survivor and Physical Therapist Assistant of 24 years, I have found it to be a privilege to walk alongside individuals and families with new diagnoses, chronic pain and illness.
