I work with a variety of issues beginning in childhood through major adult life transitions, and am experienced with and committed to helping others use resources and inner strengths to transform their lives and reach desired goals. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families to address issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, divorce, parenting problems, academic difficulties, ADHD, eating disorders, spirituality, and problems of unfulfilled development.
My therapeutic approach is specifically designed for each client using research-supported techniques including Supportive Psychotherapy that integrates Cognitive-Behavioral, Dialectical Behavior, Psychodynamic, and Interpersonal conceptual models and techniques. I am also a Reiki Master (healing life-force energy) and integrate mindfulness and relaxation techniques into the sessions.
