The influence of our surroundings makes a significant impact on what we believe and who we become. I work with the intention of helping clients understand the past, so that they can live in the moment and find hope in the future. I will support you on the journey of self-discovery by providing insights as well as tangible tools to make the journey more enjoyable, even when it's tough.
I use a psychoanalytical approach supporting people by creating a safe space to converse freely. During these conversations, we work to identify past experiences that influence present beliefs and self-limiting behaviors. I work with clients to support an awareness of their unconscious mind so that they can adapt their thinking to make positive change.
