Hello. Looking for a counselor can be daunting, as you might feel vulnerable and alone. I bring over twenty years of counseling experience working in the mental health and substance abuse fields. My specialties of clinical focus include anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, substance abuse, addictive disorders, and being a military spouse while living in another country.
