As a Veteran of the US Army with 16+ years of experience as a therapist, I have had the pleasure of working with teens, couples, adults, active military and Veterans. I have specialized training in CBT, CPT, ACT as well as working with combat post traumatic stress, post traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, marriage counseling and supportive needs.
