I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and specialize in working with individuals and families impacted by Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, particularly related to military service. I am a Certified Sex Therapist with AASECT.
I utilize a narrative and strength-based approach to working with individuals and couples or families, examining each person's unique perspective of the problem situation and how it impacts their lives as well as the family unit as a whole. I respect and value the unique qualities that each person brings to the therapy relationship.
