My goal in therapy is to create a space where you feel heard and safe while we explore deeper into who you are and begin to wrestle with the question “where do I go from here?”.
I approach therapy from an attachment-based and wholistic perspective, exploring each aspect of what makes you, you: your relationships, emotions, environment, and spirituality. I incorporate exploration of psycho-somatic connections, working through a variety of issues including grief, trauma, anxiety and life transitions.
It is my intention that our time together encourages reconnection, hope, and healing in yourself and your relationships. I would be honored to work collaboratively with you and hold space where all parts of you can be explored, understood and accepted.
