I have worked in the field of social services for over 20 years. During that time I have had the honor of walking with people who are facing tremendous crisis either due to medical challenges, life changes, emotional crisis involving past and present experiences, family challenges, and more. I am certified in Anxiety counseling and Mindfulness practices.
My goal is to help you reach an emotional place of balance and control by understanding your past, present, and future plans. The journey is yours but I hope to use all my experience to help you move in the direction you wish.
