I have a wait list currently....Many people struggle with shame. Shame is the belief "something is wrong with you". You know that nagging voice that shows up from time to time telling you "You're not good enough". Shame comes from our experiences in life. Each experience especially in our younger years creates beliefs about ourselves which can create struggles including depression, anxiety and low self esteem.
I am a licensed professional counselor and I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and I also use other types of therapy methods to help client's target the source of their depression, anxiety and low self esteem.
I work with individuals struggling with stress, depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, as well as individuals in toxic/stressful romantic relationships, who find that they choose incompatible partners.
