I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor. In addition, I am a doctoral candidate in the Counselor Education and Supervision [EdD] program at National Louis University. I approach counseling from a wellness-holistic model; meaning, I see you as a normal person struggling with an abnormal situation.

I use multiple evidence-based treatments including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (targets the emotions, feelings, and beliefs attached to memories of a traumatic event) and Solution-focused Therapy (focuses on your strengths).
I have 20+ years of experience as a counselor. For the past 18 years, I have been a military spouse. I assist active military families and veterans with military-life challenges.
