Legacy Counseling & Consulting, LLC delivers outpatient therapy, group therapy, and consulting services. We focus on helping individuals who have endured trauma, grief/loss, life transitions, relationship issues, work stress, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues. We treat individuals of all walks of life, no matter the age, race, or gender affiliation. We specialize in trauma-related issues and have experience treating sexual assault survivors, survivors of mass trauma, and first responders.
