My role is to provide you with a safe, empathic, non-judgmental environment where together we can begin to address your areas of concern and find ways to improve the quality of your life.
My practice is grounded in an integrated & holistic approach, drawing mostly from psychotherapy and mindfulness traditions. For those who are interested, my training as a yoga instructor allows me to incorporate aspects from this tradition to further support emotional regulation and stress reduction.
