I am a clinical social worker with over twenty years of experience. I utilize an eclectic style of therapy in order to better meet the needs of my clients. I graduated from WVU with a Bachelors degree in social work, Master degree in social work, a certificate in gerontology with a minor in women's studies. My goal is to utilize my educational background and my work experience as a therapist in order to better assist those I work for.
I am a client center therapist. I help my clients identify how life stressors can affect our thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I work with you to find positive ways to cope and how to build resilience to cope with future stressors.
Life is made up of stages and challenges and many situations we do not expect. My goal is to assist those who I work for to develop positive coping skills in order to address those difficult parts of our lives.
