As a former police officer, my passion has always been helping others, now retired I would also like to help our first responder community. My background, training & experience gives me a solid understanding of the culture & stressors unique to first responders. I understand the job & how it affects all areas of one's life.
I also work with individuals who have experienced traumas and/or live with constant anxiety & stress. Utilizing two techniques I'm able to help my clients release the emotional attachments.
