I'm a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of mental health experience. Mindfulness informed techniques are incorpoated into treatment approaches such as Acceptance and Committment therapy. I'm also a doctoral level public health practitioner and consider the whole person in a realm of bio-psycho-social-spiritual-cultural.
