Our focus will be on your thoughts and beliefs as they affect your emotions and behaviors. New perspectives and understanding may lead to positive change.
My belief is that you already hold the answers you seek, life just gets messy from time to time and we lose our way. I am open, direct, passionate, empathetic, love to laugh and recognize that every one of us has a past with regrets and mistakes, along with a future that is bound by none of them.
