Our ideal client is someone who may be experiencing anxiety and stress that feels overwhelming, and is looking for someone to help them work through it. It might be their first time seeking out therapy, or it might be their 100th time trying out therapy again. Our client is someone who is willing to dig deeper into their past and gain clarity into their life to improve their situation and future.
We can help by holding a space for our clients to feel safe. We want our clients to know that they can be vulnerable, and are allowed to be themselves with us. Our practice has multiple Latina/Hispanic women who speak both Spanish and English. We also offer both in person sessions along with telehealth sessions.
