Our mental health is as important as our physical health, maybe more! We all go through struggles from time to time, it’s nothing to feel ashamed of! If we’re not working towards a peaceful, happy existence what are we working towards? What do you deserve in this life?
I’ve focused primarily on trauma, and modalities relative to that because who doesn’t have trauma to some degree? I do EMDR, and Brainspotting. I love CBT, and IFS, and believe that our thought processes and our environments can help us, or hurt us! I can offer you a safe, non judgmental place to relieve yourself of anything that troubles you!
We don’t walk in one another’s shoes, so how can we judge? I encourage you to trust in the process, and let your guard down just a little! The more you put in, the more you get out!
