Welcome! I'm Tori and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience both in therapeutic & educational settings. One of the bravest moves I see my clients make is simply to begin their therapeutic journey and trust in the process. I work with adolescents and adults who are experiencing a variety of different concerns including but not limited to Anxiety, Executive functioning needs, Women's issues, Life transitions & Parenting support. I am here to help you feel seen and heard while providing a level of support to begin exploring thoughts & beliefs that contribute to symptoms that are no longer serving you.
I primarily use a person centered approach that is geared towards your needs. While therapy itself can seem overwhelming, I choose to meet my clients where they are and provide a level of understanding, while also helping to acknowledge the thought patterns and cycles that can leave a client feeling stuck.

As your therapist, I strive to provide an inclusive space where you feel accepted and free to share your experience at your own pace.
