As someone who found therapy during darker days, I'm an avid believer that empathetic listening can heal some of our deepest wounds. My approach to counseling sees clients through a holistic and person-centered perspective, while understanding that most symptoms we have are from unprocessed traumas we've been exposed to. I see these traumas and their symptoms as parts of us that want to be heard and understood, instead of allowing them to control much of our lives.

As a client, you can expect to feel safe and free of judgment as we walk through some of your most difficult experiences together and set goals for your future. There is nothing I want more for my clients than to empower them to claim back a spot in their own lives.

I understand how scary and difficult the first steps towards healing can be and the courage it takes to choose this path.
