I help high performers, emotional suffering, and trauma survivors to manage burnout, and learn emotion regulation, mindfulness, and recovery in trauma. We will use a person-centered approach to your mind, body, spirit and environment. I love using strength-based and mindfulness to help you learn that you have the coping skills to manage your struggles.
