Hello, I'm Tonya Bauhofer, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I believe every person has the strength within them to solve their problems and improve their wellness, therapy provides a safe place to explore and leverage those strengths. I am a partner and encouraging coach on your journey to creating your definition of a happy, healthy lifestyle. My passion is working with adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, and families. Anyone struggling with depression, anxiety, emotional regulation, anxieties with life transitions, loss, grief, divorce.
I have a son with autism and understand the struggles parents face when they get a diagnosis for their child such as this. I can help process feelings of grief, confusion, sadness, exhaustion, and anger that come from major life challenges.
I provide a safe space to process feelings and experiences. I help guide my clients toward solutions that work for them given their environment, lifestyle, culture, etc. I encourage exploring a deeper understanding of inner strength, a sense of gratitude, and the development of personal insight.
