My work is focused on helping your nervous system and inner child find freedom from wounds that are so deep, you may have never been aware of them. I have witnessed many of clients alleviate long-standing struggles/challenges related to Complex PTSD, unresolved childhood trauma, and related addiction issues through this work. I am the creator of TF-EMDR for nature-based work & MARS.
Using Attachment-Focused and integrative, psychedelic integration, somatic, and nervous-system oriented approaches, we will access your natural ability to heal and change. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist and Approved Consultant, and have developed numerous ways to integrate a person's whole self into the authentic healing process with and beyond EMDR.
I am familiar with the ups and downs of the human experience. It is very hard to stay focused and afloat in this chaotic world.
