I am a licensed clinical psychologist that values work with individuals, couples, and families. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, and I have treated a wide variety of sensitive issues that include depression, anxiety/panic, trauma, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, partner/relational conflict, family discord, anger management, obsessive and/or compulsive behavior problems, psychotic symptoms, minority stress, inadequate self-esteem, and parent guidance/support.

Life is messier and less clear-cut than we would like it to be. I have committed myself to life-long training and mastery of psychological interventions so that I can offer those I help with the highest possible standard of treatment. This is reflected in my diverse training.

Adult Mental Health IOP

IOP provides group therapy in a safe, supportive, and validating environment. With treatment, patients develop core skills to cope with life's challenges and effectively manage mental health problems. This program is designed for patients with the following diagnoses: * Anxiety * Depression * Eating Disorders * Bipolar Disorders * Self-harm behaviors, suicidal thoughts, or attempts Our IOPs are designed to help you master the skills needed to overcome life's challenges. The program consists of 24 sessions over 8 weeks with rolling entry at any time. Group meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We offer two times to fit all schedules
