Hello and welcome! I'm Tony and thank you for trusting me with your mental health! Are you struggling with the balance of daily life stressors of family, work, and/or school? Are you not engaging in activities that once brought you joy? If you answered “Yes” to any of these questions, I am here to help. I help clients struggling with anger, aggressive behaviors, drug addiction, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief and loss, trauma, school stress, and many other adjustment-related struggles. Over the past 10 years, I have worked with all ages in the community, outpatient, inpatient, and residential treatment settings.
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to teach coping skills to process thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I will teach you grounding and focus exercises. I use a light humorous approach at times during sessions. Let's work together to develop emotional regulation techniques, healthy coping skills, and positive thinking habits!
