Recovery Support Meeting
The Free Fostering Resilience™ Recovery Support Meetings are compassion-based and open to anyone seeking to grow in their spiritual strength and resilience. The online meetings are a safe space to share and receive compassion and encouragement. Each meeting begins with a brief mindfulness meditation practice followed by a spiritual reading, and then open sharing. These recovery meetings are not 12-Step meetings. The only requirements are that attendees are not under the influence of alcohol or any illicit drug during the time of your meeting participation, cameras are on, and meeting attendees are respectful toward all who participate.
