My therapy style can best be described as compassionate, caring, and humorous. Afterall, laughter can be a powerful tool. I approach my work holistically by working with my clients to best understand their needs while looking at how their basic needs are being met.

Outside of the therapy room, I work to decrease stigma around mental health by offering trainings and workshops on topics such as Mental Health First Aid, Trauma's Impact on Learners, and increasing access to mental health care in higher education settings.
