My name is Dr. Tonia Webster, and I have 20+ years of experience working with highly complex trauma. My approach is eclectic but driven from a holistic and cognitive behavioral model. In my practice, I look at the whole person and not simply the trauma or crisis in which has steered you in my direction. From a person centered and strength based approach, I believe that we have untapped strength and resilience in which we can learn to utilize in a timely and effective manner to live our best life. Together, we will address what may be holding you back from living and not just surviving.
I am highly experienced working with both youth and adults. I am a certified clinical trauma specialist with an extensive background in trauma informed care. Additionally, I have a certification in mental health integrative medicine that helps me tap into a more holistic approach to addressing various issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD and more.
There is no straight road, but rather hills and valleys and different seasons of change that I would love to help you navigate through in order to achieve your goals.
