I hold a certification for Strengthening Families Program, an evidence-base family skill, training program for high-risk and general population families. I am a Certified Instructor for Crisis Prevention Institute, specializing in crisis de-escalation. I am trained in suicide prevention and equipped to handle crisis that require a higher level of care.
Therapy is a process of growth & self-discovery. In my sessions I promote behavioral transformation by encouraging a positive outlook and the adoption of new attitudes and reactions.
