I don't believe in the ‘one size fits all’ concept in therapy. Working together, we will develop goals and a treatment plan using a variety of methods, such as CBT, ACT, DBT, among others. As a U.S. Military Veteran, military spouse, and now a civilian, I am aware of and am able to understand & relate to a lot of experiences and challenges you may be facing.
