I offer individual and couples therapy where the focus is building enjoyment and meaning, while also breaking out of unhelpful and hindering patterns. I have training in emotionally focused individual and couples therapy as well as Gottman couples’ therapy.
I am here to meet you wherever you are and to build an authentic relationship where we can both be completely ourselves. When we can do that, we can feel safer looking into your life fully and understanding your unique strengths and unveil a more genuine self.
