Everyone has a story in life, that story can be used to bring forth life and purpose which are the foundations for lasting hope.
The three main modalities I use for counseling: Narrative Therapy, Attachment Theory, and CPT. I enjoy working with all populations as each person and culture experience life uniquely. I served in the United States Coast Guard for ten years, so I have a passion for military and first responder community.
Additionally, I enjoy incorporating faith into the counseling realm if that is something important to a client. Spirituality can have unique factors in a person's story.
