I have experience working with clients who suffer from a range of mental illnesses, including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorder, and more. I take an approach that involves meeting clients where they are. I learn about their stories and assess what the right path is for their needs and goals. Having a client who is open and receptive to therapy is all a therapist could and should ask for.
I offer psychotherapy and a therapeutic approach that helps better shape the perception and emotions tied to an event that could be troubling the client. I offer a tailored and personable approach to each client I see.

I want to meet clients where they are without judgment, advocate for them, and empower them to live better lives where they feel they are their best selves.
