I use a combination of depth psychology (simply put: looking at what you want deep down) and solution focused approaches/techniques. These techniques work very well together! One looks deeply into your wishes/desires and the other focuses specifically on finding a solution to whatever you're working on.
A specialty of mine is working with people who are having EXTREME difficulties involving others (spouse, family, coworker, etc)
