Monthly OCD Support Group for skill review
Join a warm & supportive group to reduce the shame & isolation associated with OCD. The group will cover OCD myths & review skills to help you tolerate discomfort plus receive the group's encouragement to reduce rituals. Group appropriate for adults (age 18+) with OCD & who have had some CBT/ERP treatment in the past.Members will be encouraged to identify goals to reduce their OCD symptoms. You will have time to discuss personal experiences as well as get information about OCD. Getting support from others can provide hope & motivation. Remember: You are more than your OCD. Monthly (not July/August)

Recovery Group Work for Male Survivors of Abuse
An in-person men's group for non-offending individuals who are seeking to heal from the emotional scars of childhood sexual, physical & emotional abuse is held every other Monday. Meeting in a safe and encouraging environment, we will explore the complex issues associated with abuse and will learn healing techniques. The in-person group is underway ending in May. A new group will begin Sept - 23. A virtual version of this group is TBD in 2023. A Day of Recovery for Male Survivors is planned for Oct 2023.

An OCD 10 week Treatment Group, Mon 4 - 5 PM
Join a supportive treatment group (in-person) to reduce the shame & isolation associated with OCD along with developing skills to successively manage the symptoms. The group covers OCD myths, introduces CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) skills & the gold standard for treatment - ERP (Exposure Response Prevention) techniques to help you reduce the mental rituals, or reassurance seeking. Group is appropriate for adults (ages 18+). Each member will create an individualized treatment plan to help address their tiring compulsions. Remember: You are more than your OCD! Group offered when there is sufficient interest. Group starts: Wed April 26th at 4 PM.
