Tolu approaches counseling as uncovering the roots of negative core beliefs in order to break negative patterns. This is done by first developing a therapeutic relationship and building safety. Trauma modalities are then used to heal the roots of maladaptive behavior. Tolu operates from a client centered approach while integrating body awareness.
