If you struggle with sexual compulsivity, you know that regaining control of your life requires more than just management of sexual behavior. Sexual compulsivity frequently masks underlying anxiety, depression and trauma, all of which can wreak havoc on our relationships with ourselves and others. Using a “here-and-now” approach, I work with individuals, couples and groups to help heighten awareness of problematic behaviors, recognize patterns that inhibit personal growth, and restore choice in decision-making.
As a therapist, my style is creative and inclusive, and I strive to provide a warm and welcoming environment for open dialogue. The therapeutic process with be shaped equally by your individual needs and by my knowledge and experience with other clients struggling with sexual compulsivity.
