Our ideal clients are athletes that live with Anxiety, Depression, or any common Mental Health challenge. Being an elite athlete can be rewarding but come with a lot of stress & pressure. Many Athletes neglect their mental health needs because they do not want to be seen as "weak" or simply do not know how to address issues. Therefore, we strive to support and assist these individuals that may be struggling in silence. Our main focus is to assist athletes that need support outside of their sport in their personal lives.
Todd Bockarie has 10 years of work experience in the mental health field that provided him with a strong therapeutic background in both Individual & Group Therapy. Todd excels in rapport building with new athletes which creates a comfortable and nonjudgmental environment for sessions. He has consistently provided clients with the highest quality of care.
