I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults struggling with an array of issues including: depression, anxiety, eating disorders, body image disturbance, self-injurious behaviors, self-esteem, interpersonal difficulties, bullying, religious/spirituality, trauma, and identity issues.
I utilize a diverse approach to psychotherapy because individuals are unique and have different needs. In order to make changes, it is important to first understand the root of the problem. Therefore, I start by exploring underlying issues and then work with clients to implement changes.
