I have over 20 years of experience helping hurting individuals develop better communication skills, resolve conflict and improve the quality of their relationships. I use a direct, honest and compassionate approach.
For couples who are dating, considering marriage or already married I use the Gottman Method for Couples Counseling. I will teach you skills for managing conflict, enhancing friendship and creating a system of shared meaning. My personality and approach is husband friendly, leading to a willingness of men to participate.
