In order to embrace authenticity we need safety, security, and an ability to communicate. We will work together on finding healing, cultivating healthy communication, and creating a sense of safety.
With 9 years of experience in the field, I am passionate about all aspects of your journey to becoming a healthier, happier, more satisfied person. I specialize in working with teens, young adults, those in the LGBTQIA+ community, and religious trauma. I am trained in EMDR, and work from a Psychodynamic and Feminist Theory modalities.
