Often, being a child can be hard.
Most of my clients are young children and families. Many of the families I see struggle with trauma. Most of the children and parents have struggled with behavioral challenges such as attachment issues, anxiety, self injuries, aggression, impulsivity, sleeping and mood disturbances.
