We specialize in mental healthcare, medication management and therapies. We accept patients age 5 and up. Our practitioners have been trained in behavior modification therapies, and specialize in many different areas ranging from anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ptsd, eating disorders, divorce, anger management to substance abuse and recovery. Our focus is on helping you set therapeutic goals and achieving those goals through medications or counseling or both.

At times life can be stressful and overwhelming leaving you feeling anxious, depressed, discouraged, or a mixture of emotions. I am available to help you navigate through not only the stressful times of life but also to help you deal with making difficult decisions, help you to understand your reactions to certain situations, assist you in wading through the depths of trauma, and other situations where it would be helpful to have a kind, nonjudgmental ear to listen and offer understanding.

After experiencing my own trials in life, I learned just how beneficial counseling can be to supporting us through life’s difficulties. It is my goal to provide that healthy support to others who are walking hard paths. For me, the therapeutic relationship involves a mutual learning from one another, as well as addressing a person’s needs from all arenas, including emotional, physical, and spiritual. An understanding of attachment helps me encourage clients to find clarity in their lives and healthier relationships with self and others. I am grateful for the honor of being a safe space for clients.

I am passionate about helping people find their path when they are faced with one of life’s challenges or turning points. In my practice, I provide a variety of counseling services for adults, teens and families. My focus is to help you grow on a personal, spiritual, and energetic level. My methods are fluid and utilize various interventions creating an opportunity for personal growth and positive change.

My desire is to offer hope and healing for you and your relationships by honoring your story, helping you discover places you are stuck, and walking along side you in your journey to healing. I see women, couples, and families, providing a safe place to explore hurt and pain on your path to wholeness and peace. I am trained in EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), EMDR, Murray Method Trauma Certified level 1 & 2, and implement attachment-based therapy in my practice. Serving as a nurse for 30 years allowed me to sit with people through some of their darkest moments, while providing encouragement and hope.

I am a daughter of Lao refugees, born and raised in Tennessee. I love working with clients who are wanting to process through their trauma, in the midst of life transitions, experiencing anxiety and/or depression, and wrestling with aspects of their identity. They tend to be anxious overthinkers, striving to break intergenerational cycles, but they struggle to connect with themselves on a deeper level. Our work together will focus on increasing your emotional understanding, identifying the patterns that are keeping you from living the life you desire, and moving into a space of self-acceptance.

It may be difficult to see that hope in the darkness of depression or stress.

I help guide children and young adults towards a mentally and emotionally healthy life, where they have the tools to pursue their best selves.
