For a time we can handle just about anything thrown at us and not be phased...till we can't. The facade can only go on for a little while, then, our masks begin to crack. At least that's my story! How about yours? We look one way, feel another, all while stuffing what's really going on deep down and out of sight. We WILL begin to unravel and that’s when we turn to things that help us numb and check-out. In retrospect, those things worked well but now they're just us causing more problems.
