My passion is to work with children, adolescents, & college aged individuals who struggle with behavioral issues, family conflict, life changes, self-esteem, and anxiety. My ultimate goal is to help our youth understand that it's okay not to be okay and to know that it's okay to seek help! As Robert Kiyosaki once said, “One of the biggest defects in life is in the inability to ask for help." Therefore, it is my belief that in order for a healthier future to occur, we must start by supporting the mental health of our youth, as they are the future generations to come.

Olivia Taylor, LPC-MHSP is a licensed clinician at New Directions Wellness Center in Nashville, TN. Olivia has eleven plus years as a therapist specializing in providing therapy for children, adolescents and families. She has previous experience working with family court, DCS, and juvenile corrections.
