Willed by Wellness, LLC was founded by Dr. Courtney Williams and is designed to serve Black womxn and girls specifically on issues of mental health and wellness. We offer services and resources, culturally-responsive for this population. Our clients are aged 13 years old and older. Clients who work with us navigate a wide range of challenges from relationship concerns, mood disorders, grief, role transitions, etc. We offer consultation services and trainings to companies who work with this population. Dr. Williams is a PsyPact approved provider, meaning she can offer telehealth services in over 31 states, APIT 14940

I have years of experience in and enjoy working with working with children and adults with anxiety/OCD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and depression in therapy and/or assessment. I specialize in conducting full psychological and psychoeducational evaluations for these concerns. My personal therapeutic and consultative style is sprinkled with humor, curiosity, and direct feedback. As a neurodiverse clinician myself, I enjoy working with those who may see or experience the world from a unique lens. My goal is to create a calm, nurturing, and trusting space for my clients to explore their thoughts and feelings in a safe environment.

I am a counselor who believes the counseling process is based on the relationship between client and therapist. I work very hard to hear what you are saying and to "get you." My role is not to tell you what to do, but to be with you on your journey of self-exploration and healing. I am passionate about my work and especially about those who have experienced trauma or who have been deeply affected by relational issues. As we work together, it is my hope that you will be able to move forward with greater perspective and less " baggage."

NOT able to accept new clients at this time. As humans, we are designed to endure a great amount of stress and pain. However, if the stress and pain are not balanced with relief, then we begin to deteriorate in different areas of our life. In the fast paced world we live in today it is difficult to slow down long enough to seek this balance. We may begin to seek relief with short term solutions (ie alcohol, anger, sex, shopping, unhealthy relationships) that often come with destructive side effects. My goal is to assist people in bringing more balance to their lives.
